Emmanuelle Alt is the new Vogue Paris Editor-in-chief




As some of us already expected, Vogue Paris announced that  Emmanuelle Alt is the new Editor-in-chief, who is going to replace Carine Roitfeld 1st February 2011. Emmanuelle, known more rencently for her work with Balenciaga and Isabel Marant, was already the Fashion Director on VP.  And according to some reliable sources of fashionista.com, Roitfeld and Alt haven't been getting along rencently.

"It's a great honor for me, but also a great pleasure to get to the head of Vogue Paris that I know very well," said Emmanuelle "while working with very talented teams, I will try to develop the incredible potential of Vogue Paris, "she adds. Emma will work closely with Olivier Lalanne, deputy editor of Vogue Paris whose scope of responsibilities is widened.
